Cherry Valley Planning Board Minutes

February 19, 2025

Meeting was called to order   7:00  pm

1. Roll Call:    X.  C. Utter,   X. Dave Cornelia,      X. Ellen LaSalle,      Bill Compton(Exc),      X. Frank McGrath

2.  Review of last month’s Planning Board Minutes:  

3.  Communications: Email regarding opening day care business

4.  New Business:  

a. question regarding village day care center business at 45 Genesee St..  The planning board discussed and filed a                         decision form that CVPB has no reservations regarding establishing the day center that complies with county and state                 regulations, Land Use signage guidelines, and applicable village fees as per village clerk. 

Motion to approve by E. LaSalle, 2nd. D. Cornelia.   Approved 4-0

5.  Old Business:

Update of Carson solar project:  Carson did not want to establish an escrow account for consultants to review court                       documents and request for a variance of the project.  No further action needed by CVPB at this point.
