Hi Mary Beth,

I took over for Karen at St. Thomas and we have decided to change the plans of making a ramp in the back of the church to         a platform and stairs and we are trying to Figure out what we need to do in order to get a new permit.  As well do we need to        have an architect draw the plans up or can we just have the contractor draw up plans?…
